Some Inspirational Quotes - Bill Gates

  • Success is a lousy teacher, it seduces smart people into thinking they can’t lose.

When I started Microsoft, I didn’t think it was all that risky, I was so excited about what I was doing, I worked day and night on the software so I could get the chance to give it a try with the very first contract I got.

  • It’s fine to celebrate success, but it’s more important to heed the lessons of failure.

You can’t just keep doing the same old things you were doing before, you have to think about what you’ve been missing, get feedback from customers and learn from the complains they make, hire the very best people and also enjoy what you do every day. Working with smart people helps work on problems and you get better at what you are doing.

LESSON LEARNT :

When we move with those that are successful and try to emulate what they have done to bring them to that successful level, we can also become successful.

Bill Gates worked day and night so he could finish his software for his very first project. We can also cultivate the habit of working hard and learn how to bring projects to an end if we want to become successful and reach our goals we have set.
