WHO’S JAY-Z?

Jay-Z’s also known as Shawn Corey Carter born on 4th December 1969 in the slums of New York City. He was brought up by his mother and his three older brothers. He is with the New York rapper Notorious BIG, he joined at the age of 16 in the middle of Brooklyn dealers. Jay Z is with NAS one of the most popular American rappers on the East Coast.
Jay -Z worked for several years at the head of Def Jam Recordings, the most prestigious production house of hip-hop,then after he also created his own, Roc Nation.
He made a decision in 1992, to be fully devoted and dedicated seriously to hip-hop. He got support from Notorious BIG and also Puff Daddy, he ended up finding Roc-A-Fella in 1995 with Damon Dash, a production company with that has a great and bright future. His first record in 1996, “Reasonable Doubt”, propelled him to be a part of the best rappers on the East Coast.
Jay Z signed a double album in the year 2002, known as “The Blueprint: The Gift & The Curse”, where Beyoncé featured. A premonitory piece since on April 4, 2008, the two artists promise each other fidelity during their marriage which will give birth, later, to a first baby girl named Blue Ivy in January 2012. Beyoncé and Shawn Carter form to this day the one of the most powerful couples on the planet because they have and share similar goals which helps them understand each other.

Lots of people will try and put their fears on you by telling you that you cannot do and accomplish your goals and that can stop you or slow you down but you have to believe that you can do it and believe in your goals even when no one else believes in you.
Even though Jay -Z was born in the slums of New York city, he rose above that and still MADE IT!
Jay-Z believes that patience and persistence can make you successful. Everyone wants to be successful, having the same fears and failures, feelings of abandonment.
LESSON LEARNT:
The only person that can believe in your goal a hundred percent is yourself. Once we start discussing our goals we should watch out for some of the negative statements people make. Normally people put their fears and failures on us by telling us that we cannot make it but until we believe in what we are doing, it can never get to the success level!
It is important for us to believe, love and enjoy whatever we do as well as pour our lives out into the very thing we want to see succeeding.
